Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Orders are shipped from Sri Lanka.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). As soon as your parcel is on its way you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Customs and import charges

Because orders are sent from outside the UK, your parcel passes through UK customs. Our prices already include UK VAT, which we account for to HMRC, so for orders up to £135 you will not be asked to pay import VAT on delivery. If a courier ever asks you for an import charge, please contact us before paying.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

Delivery times are estimates. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email info@noisee.fit with your order number and we will investigate with the courier and send a replacement or refund.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can change it as long as your order has not yet been dispatched.
